Rhonda began her career in the early 1990s, helping families secure their financial futures through permanent life insurance and fixed annuities. Following her own family’s experience with long-term care, her focus naturally evolved into long-term care planning, where she found a meaningful way to support individuals and families as they prepare for the future.

Rhonda’s attention to detail, combined with a patient and people-focused approach, allows her to help clients navigate the application process for multiple long-term care insurance carriers. She believes that an application is more than a collection of data; it is an opportunity to tell a story accurately and clearly. Her goal is to prepare clients in advance and guide them through each step of the application with simplicity and clarity, while ensuring they understand what to expect from beginning to end.

Outside of work, her passion is caring for animals. She can often be found tending to donkeys, gathering fresh eggs from the chicken coop, harvesting honey from the beehives, or relaxing by the fireplace with her pig, Trudy.
