Nancy has been helping people navigate difficult decisions since her early years in customer service in the telecommunications industry. She later joined her husband's family business as a funeral director and pre-need agent, serving families throughout Northern Iowa for nearly 15 years. Guiding families through times of grief inspired her to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the late 1980s.

A strong believer in planning ahead, Nancy is passionate about helping families prepare for life's most challenging transitions. As a Certified Senior Advisor and direct-to-consumer specialist at LTCI Partners, Nancy is first and foremost an educator, helping clients understand long-term care and find solutions that fit their budget and future care needs. While discussions about aging and care planning can be difficult, her extensive experience in the senior services industry allows her to focus on the realities and consequences of needing or providing extended care.

As a Board Director of Friends of Caroline Hospice and a member of Seniors Industry Professionals, Nancy continues to support families in crisis through her volunteer leadership.

When she isn't supporting clients and solving problems, Nancy enjoys singing and performing with choral groups, participating in fundraising and leadership activities through Rotary Club, and spending time with her close-knit family next door. She starts each day in her garden, finding joy and growth among the plants she nurtures.
