Megan’s approach to case management goes far beyond updating file statuses - it’s centered on proactive communication and delivering high-touch support. As a Case Manager at LTCI Partners, she guides financial advisors through long-term care (LTC) applications from initial submission to final completion.

On a daily basis, Megan actively monitors client applications and works closely with carriers to ensure the underwriting process runs smoothly and all requirements are completed in a timely fashion. She keeps advisors fully informed of any actions requiring their attention, taking the time to hop on the phone so they have a crystal-clear picture of the process from start to finish and the full value of working with LTCI Partners. Known for her detail-oriented mindset and flexibility, Megan readily steps up whenever extra help is needed, firmly believing that, as a team, everyone succeeds together.

When she’s off the clock, you can usually find Megan at the gym, where she works out five days a week (part of the 6AM crew!) and has built a wonderful and supportive community, or spending time with her family and their dog, Daisy. On the weekends, she’s often on the go attending her son’s club baseball games (local and travel!) and her daughter’s theater programs. A creative at heart, she also designs custom calligraphy signs on the side and loves unwinding with a good murder mystery or romance novel - preferably with a coffee or energy drink nearby.
