Lisa’s career with LTCI Partners began more than 20 years ago when she joined the company as a temporary employee. At the time, her goal was to balance a rewarding career with raising two young children. Throughout the years, LTCI Partners has supported her commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

As Controller, Lisa oversees the company’s finance and accounting functions, working closely with the leadership team to help keep the organization financially strong and positioned to achieve its goals. As the company has grown and evolved, Lisa has embraced the challenges that come with new systems and processes, including several platform transitions over the years, most recently the move to Workday.

When she is not counting the money, Lisa enjoys spending time with her adult children, traveling, downhill skiing, biking, and various crafts.
