Kim’s current career is actually her second, and she fell into the insurance industry completely by accident. Her first career began in the construction industry, where she worked for one of the largest new-home builders in South Florida, working closely with architects and high-net-worth clients building multi-million-dollar homes on the islands of Jupiter and Palm Beach. After moving to Chicago, she realized it was time for a career change, and a new chapter began. She has now spent more than 30 years in the insurance industry and has worked for some of the largest firms in the country. 

Kim’s role as Director of Carrier and Client Contracting is very similar to the role she held during the first part of her career: focus on the needs of your clients, follow through on every step of the process, and stay up to date on the industry changes that affect your clients, your firm, and the carriers. 

When she is not working, Kim enjoys spending time walking her dog, cooking gourmet meals with friends, and reading every book she can get her hands on.
