As a Group Long-Term Care (LTC) Account Manager, Jeff specializes in delivering seamless implementation experiences for our group client’s LTC benefits. He owns the transition period from the moment a group sale is closed until the benefit goes live. His goal is to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes by managing timelines, deliverables, and launching communication campaigns that reach thousands of employees.

When he’s not working on group implementations and supporting our clients with ongoing account management needs, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their 4 children, family vacations, golf, and beach days.
