Heather’s career has always centered around caring for others, which ultimately led her to the long-term care insurance industry. She began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), providing hands-on care in both home health and skilled nursing facilities, before working with staffing agencies that supported clients through the long-term care claims process. These experiences gave her a firsthand understanding of the challenges individuals and families face when long-term care becomes a reality, as well as the importance of planning before care is ever needed.

Today, Heather provides operational and client support to our sales associates behind the scenes at LTCI Partners. She works directly with group enrollees, educating them about long-term care insurance and helping them understand their options so they can make informed decisions about protecting their future.

Having experienced long-term care from the perspectives of a caregiver, claims support professional, and insurance professional, Heather understands how meaningful preparation can be for individuals and their loved ones. She is passionate about making long-term care planning approachable, educational, and empowering, helping people gain confidence that they have a plan in place for whatever the future may bring.
