As the Lead Application Engineer, Elzia Sekou joined LTCI Partners in 2019, focusing on IT strategy, process improvements, and system transformation. Elzia has spent his career helping organizations make sense of change. Before joining LTCI Partners, he spent a decade consulting with Targa Resources, helping reshape their IT support organization to meet shifting market demands. Earlier in his career, he worked with Accenture, leading development and testing teams across the U.S., Australia, and global financial hubs.

Alongside his technical background, Elzia brings a deep commitment to human development. He holds graduate degrees in Management Information Systems and Consciousness Studies, with a focus on Transformative Leadership. Beyond his professional work, Elzia is deeply committed to community service. He has contributed to youth justice initiatives, served as the Cultural Diversity Chair for the City of Lakewood, CO, and directed rites-of-passage programming for young men.

Elzia’s mix of systematic thinking and heart-centered leadership shows up in everything he does. He brings a rare blend of strategic insight, technical depth, and transformational leadership, striving to help organizations and individuals evolve and thrive.
