With more than 30 years of experience in insurance and financial services, Denise brings a rare combination of industry knowledge, problem-solving, and genuine customer care to her work. She has spent much of her career helping people navigate decisions that can feel anything but simple - asking the right questions, translating the details, and finding solutions that make sense for the person in front of her. Her experience spans long-term care, life and health insurance, financial services, team leadership, and client support, and she has built her reputation on being someone customers and colleagues can count on.

Denise has a knack for hearing what someone really needs, finding a practical path forward and sticking with it until the problem is solved. She believes great service isn’t about having a scripted answer - it’s about listening, understanding and helping people get where they need to go.

Outside of work, Denise lives in New Braunfels with her husband, Shawn, and their family, including four adopted dogs. A lifelong animal lover, she also turned that passion into entrepreneurship by starting her own dog grooming business, Shaggy to Chic. If she isn’t helping a customer solve a problem, there’s a very good chance a dog is involved.
