| Training Reciprocity Between States |
No. Residents of Utah writing in another state will be required to take that states LTC training or a reciprocal training in another state Please note that any Utah training taken AFTER 6/30/26 will not count towards another states training requirements. Any training taken BEFORE 6/30/26 can still be counted toward another states training requirements. To keep things clean, it's best not to use any Utah training to meet any other states training requirements. Each carrier will have their own rules on what they allow and the cleaner process will be to take the other states LTC training. |
