| Training/Lapse Guidelines |
Refresher must be taken at the end of each license renewal period. Lapse in training is allowed. It is strongly recommended that advisors complete an initial 8 hour course and a 4 hour refresher course in order to avoid problems with training reciprocity if you also sell long-term care insurance in other states. As of 12/9/16 - Mutual of Omaha will accept the 3 hour course! |

To sell Annuity products, Annuity and Best Interest training is required as well as Product Training with both Global Atlantic and OneAmerica. Requirements and rules vary by state.
