Due to the extreme cold temperatures and weather emergency in Minnesota, there will be an impact to the telephone interview and face to face assessments completed by our vendor LTCG.  The frigid weather is creating staffing and business issues for many organizations in that area.  LTCG has put a message on their lines for longer hold times. – see below.  Also, keep in mind that I would expect this may impact LTC face to face assessment appointments as well.
