Operations updates
Changes to consumer suitability form
Beginning Oct. 2, the Consumer Suitability Questionnaire is no longer needed for Asset-Care® I and Asset-Care® IV, provided the new Patriot Act ID form 7-17078 02/09/18 is submitted. The consumer suitability form is still required for Asset-Care® II and III, and all Annuity Care® products.
