NGL- Response to Covid-19

NGL
Premiums:

  • Inforce Policies: Normally there is a past due notice that goes out at 30 days, and a cancellation notice 35 days later (65 days from due date). NGL is not sending that cancellation notice and giving an additional 60 days beyond that 35. (so 30 day + 35 + 60 = 125 days to pay premium). Premiums are not waived, so they do need to be paid.
  • New Policies: Everyone is given an extra two weeks to submit any premium due at delivery and NGL will give more time (up to 30 days) if the agent engages NGL and discusses it with them.
