|     | CareMatters II Electronic Submission Nationwide is always looking for ways to streamline and simplify our processes. Particularly during this pandemic, we recognize the importance of conducting business with as little friction as possible. New! In addition to how business is currently submitted to Nationwide, it’s now possible to electronically submit applications for Nationwide CareMatters® II and Nationwide YourLife CareMatters® in California (electronic submission is unavailable in New York), while still maintaining the BGA relationship. Financial professionals can access Nationwide’s electronic application at https://nationwidefinancial.com/resources/forms under the Life tab. Nationwide is adding this functionality to provide financial professionals with a secondary tool to submit business electronically, while maintaining their BGA relationship.
