Contest Details Include:

• Only individual long-term care insurance products, MutualCare Custom Solution and MutualCare Secure Solution underwritten by Mutual of Omaha are eligible
• Applications must be submitted between August 1st - October 31st
• Eligible policies must be placed no later than November 15, 2023
• To qualify, producers must achieve a minimum ANBP of $25,000
• Producers must maintain a 65% placement rate
• The cash award will be paid out by your regular commission statement.
