We actively monitor our in-force long-term care business and, when needed, file rate adjustments to support long-term stability for policyholders and maintain competitiveness in the marketplace.

As part of that process, we will implement the following in-force rate adjustments effective May 1, 2026.

Policyholder Notification Process

Policyholders will receive a letter at least 60 days before any premium rate increase takes effect. Most will also receive an adjustment offer, when available, outlining benefit-reduction options that may help lessen the impact of the increase.

Due to our recent administration transition, policyholder reports will be temporarily unavailable on Sales Professional Access. An email with a list of impacted policyholders will be sent to marketers no later than the end of business day, Thursday, February 19, 2026.
