LifeSecure Suspending Individual Sales 11/1/16

As a reminder, LifeSecure will suspend sales of our Long Term Care Insurance product for the individual markets, effective Nov. 1, 2016.

Applications for LifeSecure's current individual LTCi product must be fully data-entered and submitted online no later than 11:59 p.m. ET (8:59 p.m. PT) on Monday, Oct. 31. Sales of LifeSecure's LTCi product in the individual markets will cease on Nov. 1 and no further individual applications will be accepted for policy series LS-LTC-0004.

Please note:

  • We will continue to offer our Multi-life LTCi product in the worksite markets (policy series LS-LTC-0005 and LS-0002 in California).
  • Individual LTCi applications submitted online prior to Nov. 1, 2016, will be processed according to LifeSecure's underwriting guidelines. Applications will be closed as incomplete if outstanding requirements are not received within the allotted time frame, per current procedures, and will not be re-opened.
  • The decision to suspend sales of our LTCi product in the individual markets does not impact our existing individual LTCi policyholders.
