Once your client has decided to purchase LTCi, schedule a time for us to call to take the client's application by phone. We will send it to you for signatures, submit it to the carrier, handle follow up requests and send weekly status updates.
The application will be completed with one of our Application Partner specialists, answering any questions your client may have during the sales interview; you may also participate in the interview. The completed application will be sent to you for signatures. The process guarantees the client that all necessary information is collected and processed on time and efficiently.
The application is priority shipped to LTCI Partners, imaged for safekeeping, entered into our agency management system and then forwarded to the carrier. The Application Partner specialist remains your main contact for any questions you or your client may have throughout the policy process.
