December 30th, 2021 Update 

The proposed Washington ballet intuitive challenging the WA Cares long-term care program fails to gather enough signatures.

This ballot initiative failed and did not get the 326,000 certified signatures required to take this to a vote next November. 

So now we wait until we hear from the legislature regarding the delay (timeline and next steps)…
