1. Email:  You will receive an email from liz.quinn@ltcipartners to schedule a phone appointment.
2. Phone Appointment: Will take 15-20 minutes and will be scheduled Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time to complete the application.  Application signatures will be collected electronically via DocuSign.  
3. Insurance Company Underwriting.   During the phone appointment I will explain what happens next once the application is submitted.
