| Initial Long Term Care Training | 8 Hours |
| Refresher Training | 8 Hours - Every 24 month license renewal period **EXCEPTION:** If an advisor is NEWLY licensed, he will have to take the 8 hour every year for the first 4 years of his license.  After the 4th year, he will be required to take the 8 hour refresher every 24 month license renewal period. |
| New Life Insurance Training Requirement as of 1-1-2025 | The NEW Life training requirements are listed below:  - Agents licensed in CA after 1/1/2024 must complete a 4-hour Life CE course, if selling non-term life. - Agents licensed in CA **before** 1/1/2024 do **not** have to do the 4-hour Life CE course. - **All** agents regardless of initial license date must do a 2-hour Variable life course starting 1/1/2025, and every two years thereafter, if selling variable life. Both courses can be completed where you normally complete your CE training.  We recommend using WEBCE.  The courses can be found under "Product Training".  The 4 hour is called "California Life Insurance Policies Training" and the 2 hour (for variable sales) is called "California Variable Life Insurance Policies".
