Yes. Residents MUST take Arizona courses.

Please note that currently CA, CT, DC, DE, HI, IN, MS and NY are not reciprocal with Arizona

Training/Lapse Guidelines

Refresher must be taken every 24 months after initial training has been taken. Lapse in training is allowed

Annuity

In order to sell Annuity, there must be Annuity Training and Product Training for these states:

AL, AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MA, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NH, NJ, ND, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV AND WY

Training Instructions:

Below are the instructions for accessing the training portal through OneAmerica

Go to OneAmerica following this link: www.oneamerica.com/slproducttraining
Select "Click Here to Register" to create an account. The advisor will need their NPN Number
Once the account is created and they go to log in for their training, the following is needed:
- username - is the NPN Number
- Password - is last name in all lowercase with last 4 digits of NPN number (adelson9076)
- Once logged in, they can change their password to be a new password if they wish
On the left hand side, look for "My State Specific Training" which is the Annuity training and "My Product Training" which is the product training modules
Once completed, you have the option of printing a certificate which I strongly recommend and have the advisor send to us to submit with their contracting

WHERE CAN I FIND MY CE CERTIFICATION?
Sircon	http://www.sircon.com/ Sircon is a "clearinghouse" of producer training for LTC Insurers. Once registered, advisors can print copies of LTC certifications that have been completed. If an advisor cannot find their certificate on Sircon, they should contact licensing@ltcipartners.com.
ClearCert	http://www.clearcert.com/ ClearCert is a "clearinghouse" of producer training for LTC Insurers. Once registered, advisors can print copies of LTC certifications that have been completed.
