As a result and effective immediately, the Prohibited Transaction Exemption Form 84-24 (PTE 84-24) is no longer required. Financial advisors no longer need to acknowledge they are eligible to receive a commission for new OneAmerica sales in IRAs and additional purchase payments to existing IRA contracts. Changes to Annuity Care and Annuity Care II in Montana Beginning Aug. 15, 2018, OneAmerica is changing the availability of Annuity Care and Annuity Care II in Montana.   Annuity Care  On Aug. 15, Annuity Care will be discontinued in Montana. Please review the transition dates below: All applications — both paper and electronic/eApp — must be received by Aug. 14.  Policies must be issued and paid by Aug. 31.  For 1035 exchanges, all documentation for 1035 money must be received by Aug. 14.  1035 funds received after Aug. 31 will still be processed and policies issued. Annuity Care II Beginning Aug. 15, OneAmerica will accept paper applications for Annuity Care II ONLY. We will no longer accept electronic applications (eApps) for Annuity Care II in Montana. This will remain in effect until further notice.
