| Claims Concierge now available! At OneAmerica, we're committed to providing exemplary customer service. Now, our commitment has reached a new level of excellence. We're excited to announce the launch of the Care Solutions Claims Concierge to serve clients when they need it most. Claims Concierge is a new way to process claims from start to finish. When the client submits a claim, a Claims Concierge is assigned to his or her case to provide assistance, support and guidance. The Claims Concierge will work directly with the client throughout the claims process to ensure continuity and accuracy.  Each Claims Concierge is a long-term care specialist who can assist the client by:     Reviewing the policy and ensuring the client understands the requirements and benefits Helping the client understand the information needed to file the claim  Communicating with the long-term care provider on the client's behalf to obtain required paperwork Providing support and answering questions throughout the claims review process OneAmerica understands the complexity of filing a long-term care claim. At times our clients may be overwhelmed in this process. When the primary focus should be on the client's health, the Claims Concierge can offer needed support, help reduce stress and ensure that the focus remains right where it should be.  The Claims Concierge service is available to Care Solutions policyholders at no additional cost. This benefit increases the value of our policies while reflecting our vision to protect America's wealth and be easy to do business with. Be sure to let your clients know to call us first when they are facing a LTC event.
