LTCi Portfolio to Launch in Montana
Mutual of Omaha's LTC Portfolio, MutualCare® Solutions, will launch November 1, 2015 in Montana.

Rate Increase on In-Force LTCi Business
On January 1, 2016, we will be implementing a rate increase on in-force LTCi business in Montana, Texas and West Virginia.

LTC06UI Rate Adjustment in New Hampshire, South Dakota and Washington
A premium rate increase will be implemented on the LTC06UI block of business in New Hampshire, South Dakota and Washington beginning January 1, 2016.
