**CA, CT, LA, MN, RI, TN, TX, WI:** In late *January*, policyholder notifications will begin on the next round of John Hancock and Fortis [inforce rate actions](https://sales.johnhancockinsurance.com/content/dam/JHINS/documents/LTCForms/Rate%20Action/LTCNewslink_RateAction_R73.pdf?mkt_tok=MDE0LVBCWi0xMDcAAAGIztCY11-LyZiLD6g8Izg-oaJ3ibZBSaaFQNVayPq7X_PQgeyhwHpbwU52W6pF3Z9eZTGgajQwE8jlcXgsiccdHqse2U5mFB0BHZ_mVx5OI9k), which will have an effective date beginning with anniversaries on or after *May 1st*.
