|                             Great news! We are pleased to announce the following product updates:   Please refer to the new State Variations Chart to track live status on the updates below. (please log into the Agent Resource Center for future updates)   7 New Partnership States: AL, AR, CO, LA, NE, TN, and WY           Release announcement for additional information regarding:   ·     New required application forms ·     Age-based inflation requirements for new applicants ·     Existing active policies issued in these states           Monthly Modal Factor Lowered in 38 More States             Reduced Monthly Modal Factor: Effective May 23, 2018, the monthly modal factor is changing from .095 to .0875 in an additional 38 states. This is in addition to FL and NJ which already have the lower monthly modal factor.
