LTCI Partners' Producer Access section requires that cookies be turned on and accepted for "ltcipartners.com".

How to Enable Cookies

To Find out what version of Internet Explorer you have:
From the Help drop-down menu, click About Internet Explorer.

For Firefox users, the following should work on all 1.x+ versions.

Once you have set your browser to accept cookies, close it, open a new browser window and return to LTCI Partners.

PC Internet Explorer 6 users:
  1. From the Tools drop-down menu, click Internet Options
  2. Select the Privacy tab
  3. Press "Sites" button
  4. Type "ltcipartners.com" in the address box, then press Allow and OK buttons
  5. Click OK at the bottom of Internet Options window

PC Internet Explorer 5.x users:
  1. From the Tools drop-down menu, click Internet Options
  2. Select the Security tab, the Trusted sites icon, then press Sites button
  3. Type "ltcipartners.com" in the address box, press Add button, then click OK
  4. Click OK at the bottom of Internet Options window


Firefox Users:

  1. From the Tools drop-down menu, click Options
  2. Select the Cookies tab.
  3. Either click on "Allow sites to set Cookies" OR if you if you have cookies turned off, click on the "Exceptions" button and add "ltcipartners.com" to your list of Allowed sites.
  4. Click OK at the bottom of Options window

Mac Internet Explorer 5.x users:
  1. From the Edit drop-down menu, go to Preferences
  2. Go to Receiving Files in drop-down menu
  3. Select Cookies
  4. Go to When receiving cookies: and select Ask for each site in drop-down menu
  5. Accept all cookies from "ltcipartners.com"
